Responsibilities
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate needs and recommend tailored program solutions
- Use established frameworks and tools to drive measurable transformational results
- Leverage social media channels to attract new clients and create brand awareness (training provided)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consistent guidance and follow-up
- Deliver high-impact coaching sessions that help clients achieve meaningful personal and professional outcomes
- Attend and contribute to weekly Zoom-based team training and development sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in coaching, consulting, or a related field
- Strong foundation in leadership and personal development methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in virtual settings (Zoom, etc.)
- Confidence using digital platforms such as LinkedIn or Facebook for networking and outreach
- Passionate about empowering others to grow and thrive
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently
