Drunken Monkeys in Denver, CO is looking for one bar manager to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 7314 Washington St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and extremely reliable.

Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
- Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation
- Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
- Maintain employee schedules and respond appropriately when employees call in
- Present promotions and advertising ideas to owner and staff
- Keep employees informed on new drinks or any company policy changes to menu
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of bar equipment used
- Licenses or certifications that apply in the area
- Experience in a bar position preferred
